Acrylic Colour Squares

 This work was from a colour theory exercise where I mixed unique colours including at least three other colours based on a word and to fill the squares with the different colours using a variety of marks and approaches. Some colours were brushed, printed and smeared while others were scraped, dotted and dripped onto the squares, due to this exercise I learnt a lot about complimentary colours and various painting methods.
